The Department of Construction Management lists a number of scholarship and fellowship opportunities for undergraduates on their website. These resources are from industry and departmental scholarships. CM scholarships are awarded once a year in the Spring.

Undergraduate applicants must be accepted into the Department of Construction Management. This award is based on motivation, attitude towards the industry, academic achievement, and personal characteristics. Financial need is considered, but not necessary.
