Zachary H. Boyce Memorial Scholarship

Description
The Zachary H. Boyce Memorial Scholarship was established in his memory to further spread what he was accomplishing. Zachary attended the University of Washington but unexpectedly passed away in 2003.
Zach (as he was known to others) was an Eagle Scout, a volunteer, a YMCA member, Youth in Government participant and camper, a son, a brother, a grandson, a cousin, a nephew, a friend, and much, much more. He was a gentle giant of a young man, with a big heart, and an infectious grin that made folks wonder what he was up to. He was finding his way, hos own way, and those who knew him were proud of how hard he was working to make things right.
Zach's totem was Raven, the bringer-of-light (and mischief maker), and his death will only slow down his effort to bring his version of life and fun to the world. Those he left behind will gladly carry on his mission.
The enlightenment and joy Zach brought to the world shines on in the lives of those who knew him, and the people who know them. Zach would surely want us to remind the folks we care about that we love them.
