Since 1909 the Seattle Section of NCJW has awarded scholarships to financially needy Jewish students for undergraduate academic study and technical training. These scholarships are to assist students at any accredited college, university, technical or vocational school or job retraining program in Washington state. | |||

Eligibility
- Established financial need
- Jewish women or men
- GPA of 3.0 (high school), 2.5 (post-secondary school)
- Current Washington state resident
- Attending (or will attend) college, university, technical, vocational or job training school in Washington State
- freshman
- sophomore
- junior
- senior
- US Citizen
- Permanent Resident
Procedure
- NCJW Scholarship Application Form
- Most recent OFFICIAL transcripts
- Two letters of recommendation, one from teacher or professor
- Latest tax return for self and/or the person(s) who support(s) you (Form 1040)
- Essay
- Recent photo

After you complete the application you may be contacted in June to arrange a telephone or Skype interview in mid-late July. Please provide the best phone number(s) for you to be reached at throughout the summer. Please refer to the application form for the deadline date for submittal.
