George T. Welch Trust Fund

Website: Baker Boyer Bank

Description
The purpose of the Welch Fund is to give financial assistance to students who have prescribed standards of scholarship and character and who would be unable to attend college without some financial help.  The Welch scholarship will pay a maximum annual amount of $4,000.

One factor in measuring the student's financial need is the parents' ability to contribute toward the student’s expenses.  For this reason, we ask that your parents submit, directly to the Trust Department, a copy of their IRS 1040 for the previous year. We assure you that any information you may give us will be held strictly confidential by the Committee awarding the grants.
Eligibility
