AWAM’s Scholarship Program supports the diverse skills required in the field of Aviation Maintenance.  AWAM began its scholarship program in 2002 with four scholarships awarded to eight recipients. With the assistance of our incredible sponsors, this program continues to grow to support the needs of our industry and the amazing individuals who work in it. Thank you!

Scholarship opportunities are not limited solely to women or students; many scholarships are open to active technicians, transitioning military, and people of any gender. Scholarship awards are announced during the annual AWAM conference.
