Description

American Indian Graduate Center is one of the largest scholarship providers to Native students in the U.S. They award $15 million in scholarships annually and have awarded over $350 million since inception. Throughout its 50-year history, American Indian Graduate Center has empowered over 16,000 Native students from over 500 Tribes in all 50 states. It has funded students at over 1,700 campuses across the U.S. Scholarships range from $500-$30,000 and support undergraduate, graduate, and professional degrees.

The AIGC Aerospace Career Enhancement (ACE) Scholarship is open to Native students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees and planning to enter a professional or technical career in the aerospace industry upon graduation.

Eligibility

AIGC Aerospace Career Enhancement (ACE) Scholarship eligibility requirements:

  • Be an enrolled member or a descendant of a federally or state-recognized American Indian Tribe or Alaska Native group.
  • Be enrolled full-time at an accredited institution pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree within Washington state's public higher education systems.
  • Declared a major in engineering and other high-demand degrees that support professional and technical careers in the aerospace industry and be planning to enter a professional or technical career in the aerospace industry upon graduation.
  • Possess an unweighted cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
